Our Loving You Was Meant To Be Easy webinar acknowledges that caring for children requires emotional resilience.

Our CFAS team work with families at every stage of adoption and fostering, therapeutically supporting both parents and children through a wide range of challenges and support needs relating to complex trauma and attachment difficulties.

We want to provide an opportunity for those currently struggling to enter a safe space, learning more about the challenges when parenting children who have experienced trauma.

This webinar will talk about compassion fatigue, blocked care and secondary trauma.  You will have the opportunity to recognise your key needs as a parent and understand support strategies to help reconnect with your child/ren.

This webinar is recommended professionals or those with children who are struggling with, or want to learn more about blocked care / compassion fatigue / post adoption depression. This webinar is not appropriate pre-placement families.

This webinar is free of charge for Adoption Matters families, Foster Care Matters families and Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) families who are currently receiving support from the Centre for Fostering & Adoption Support (CFAS).
